Monitors is an expert tool which allows you to program PowerQuote Enterprise to automatically send messages to customers or users keeping them up to date. The system will:

• Send mobile phone text messages (SMS)*
   
• Send emails (to customers OR staff)
   
• Send instant messages to PowerQuote users - which appears at the top of their screens

Users can send text messages to customers or staff and also receive, using the instant messaging built into PowerQuote.
